Refund and Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days via phone or email.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged during transit)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Transit Damage Only)
If you receive:
- A damaged product (during delivery), or
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images or videos.
After verification:
- We will arrange a replacement, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not available.
⚠ Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling are not eligible for refund.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
For payments made through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, refund timelines may vary depending on banking partner policies.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping if not packed securely.
