Pricing:All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspicious transactions.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other digital payment methods
- All payments must be completed before order processing.
- We do not store complete card details or UPI PIN information.
- If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, refund will be processed as per payment provider timelines.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details. Orders may be cancelled if false information is provided.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
- Customized frames, special-size orders, and discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned goods.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
